The redesign initiative for the Board of Studies, Teaching and Education Standards (BOSTES), now rebranded as NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA), marks a significant evolution in enhancing user-centricity. Collaborating closely with Meld Studios in service design, the project aimed to revitalise both the main site and the BOSTES shop, prioritising a human-centered visual approach tailored to the needs of end-users.


LC Creative played a pivotal role in this transformation, ensuring that the redesigned platforms effectively spotlighted NESA’s core services. By implementing a refreshed visual identity and intuitive design elements, we aimed to streamline user experiences and amplify accessibility to essential educational resources and services.
