Heart Foundation – Local Government survey report

The Heart Foundation had been working with NSW local councils for many years to improve community health. Since 2007, they have conducted an annual telephone survey of NSW councils to assess knowledge and perceptions of health-promoting policies and explore council-led initiatives that support health. We created this meaningful report using infographics to deliver key messages and statistics.
